Whether you need full color or black and white prints, we can meet your exact requirements, delivering results that exceed your expectations in terms of sharpness, durability and clarity.
Serigraphy
With this method, printing ink is printed using a rubber blade through a fine mesh textile material onto the printing substrate. A different screen is used for each color.
Screen printing is one of the most used printing techniques due to its great coverage capacity and the quality of the printed finishes.
Screen printing with conventional drying inks
Screen printing with conventional drying inks is one of our specialties, allowing us to offer a wide range of color and finish options for your plates and emblems. From vibrant colors to subtle tones, our screen printing technique ensures accurate reproduction of your designs, along with exceptional wear and weather resistance. With meticulous attention to detail, every piece that leaves our workshop reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.
Screen printing with UV curing inks
This process uses inks that dry instantly under ultraviolet light, ensuring faster production and greater resistance to fading and environmental elements.
Whether you need high-volume production or custom prints, our screen printing with UV inks provides flawless results that meet the highest standards of quality and durability.
2-component screen printing
Two-component screen printing is an advanced technique that allows us to create unique visual effects and exceptional resistance to your plates and emblems. By combining different materials and inks, we can achieve a variety of finishes and textures, from matte to glossy, ensuring your design stands out. Plus, 2-component screen printing offers superior durability, ensuring your plates and emblems maintain their original appearance for years.
Digital printing
Printing method in which the graphics to be printed are transferred from a digital storage medium directly to the part or material on which the image is to be captured.
Vignettes and photographs can also be reproduced at exceptionally high brightness. In general, the higher the resolution of the print data, the better the quality of the printed image.
For aluminum products, the highest quality industrial printing methods are used and printed with special inks. For all other materials, UV curing digital printing can be relied on with an outdoor resistance between 3 and 5 years without any varnish. And 5-7 years applying a protective varnish.
Embossed printing
Relief printing can be achieved with different techniques and will depend on the repetitiveness of the same work, the expected durability and the desired effects.
At Alumigraf we can offer different alternatives such as digital printing, volume screen printing, press embossing and other techniques to achieve the desired 3D effect.
