Control panels

Made mostly of PBaS® anodized aluminum, the control panels offer greater wear resistance than any other material. However, there are sectors that demand other types of finishes and therefore the panels can also be manufactured in painted aluminum, painted steel or stainless steel and also in plastic materials such as polyester or polycarbonate of different thicknesses.

Both the shape of the panel and the colors and indications can be custom designed from the first unit without devaluing the quality or durability of the panel.

Painted aluminum control panels

Due to design needs or requirements of the end client, the panels can be painted with different textures and gloss finishes.

In addition to the finishes, we can manufacture these panels with water-based or powder paint, which allows us to provide a large number of options to the client depending on the need for finish and manufacturing batch and delivery time.

Controlling the anodizing process allows us to manufacture control panels combining glossy or matte finishes depending on the client's needs and tastes. The finish does not depend on the manufacturing capacity, but on the capacity of imagination.

Processes

ENGRAVING

Marking of parts through wear on the work surface to obtain a smaller thickness. Providing dimensionally precise engravings or recesses and being able to ensure that the pushbuttons adapt perfectly to the keypads and achieve complex, high-quality details.

BOLTS AND STUDS

We have the necessary equipment to be able to attach bolts to our control panels. Whatever the technique required (welded or pressed bolts) we can obtain the highest quality and resistance between the plate and the bolt to offer the best finish on our button panels.

FOLDING

We have folding machines to be able to give the shape that best fits the specifications required in our clients' control panels. We take special care to obtain profiles with the required tolerances and without marking the pieces so that folding does not affect the quality of the final product.

COUNTERSINK

In many control panels, customers require a perfect countersink so that the screw is flush with the plate. Neither higher, to avoid a bad feeling in use, nor lower, to prevent dirt from depositing in the long run on the unevenness caused by faulty countersinking.
