Polypropylene labels: resistance and versatility in a lightweight material

Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic that combines mechanical strength, dimensional stability and moisture barrier. Adhesive polypropylene labels exploit these properties to offer durable identification in environments where conventional paper deteriorates: cold stores, humid warehouses, products exposed to splashes or containers passing through wash tunnels. Their white or transparent surface accepts high-definition four-colour printing, allowing photographic images, barcodes and small body texts to be reproduced sharply.

In the food sector, polypropylene labels are common on water bottles, dairy containers and fresh product trays for their conformability and condensation resistance. In logistics, they withstand transport conditions without detaching or smearing.
