PVC adhesive labels: flexibility and resistance combined

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is one of the most widely used materials for manufacturing adhesive labels. Its main advantage is flexibility: PVC labels conform to curved, cylindrical and irregular surfaces without lifting at the edges or creating wrinkles. This property makes them the preferred option for labelling bottles, tubes, cables, hoses and any product with non-flat geometry.

PVC also offers excellent resistance to moisture, UV rays and most domestic and industrial chemicals. It is a dimensionally stable material that does not contract or expand with temperature changes typical in storage and transport. PVC labels accept printing in screen-printing, flexography and digital printing, with gloss, matt or transparent finishes.

Formats and applications

Supplied in reel for automatic application, in sheet for manual die-cutting or as individual units with peelable liner. Applications range from chemical product labelling (splash resistance) to outdoor signage (signs, warnings, instructions for use) and identification of cables and electrical conduits.
