Adhesive labels on reel are the most efficient supply format for companies that label products regularly. Each reel contains hundreds or thousands of die-cut labels on a continuous liner, ready to be dispensed one by one. The reel adhesive label adapts to manual applicators (desktop dispensers) as well as automatic equipment integrated in packaging, bottling and packing lines.
Adhesive label reels are manufactured with core diameters of 25, 40 or 76 mm, depending on the type of dispenser or target printer.
Thermal adhesive label reels
Thermal adhesive label reels are designed for direct thermal or thermal transfer printers, the most widely used equipment in logistics, warehousing and point of sale. Thermal adhesive label reels are supplied in direct thermal paper (economical, for short-term indoor use) or paper/synthetic for thermal transfer (more durable, moisture and abrasion resistant).
The thermal adhesive label reel is compatible with Zebra, TSC, Godex, Brother and other standard market printers.
Custom adhesive label reels
Custom adhesive label reels include pre-printed labels with logo, design and corporate colours, leaving space for variable data added at the time of application. Custom adhesive labels in reel combine flexographic or digital printing (fixed part) with blank areas for thermal printing (variable part).
White adhesive label reels are the most versatile base: they serve as price labels, shipping labels, inventory labels or supports for full colour printing.

The price of an adhesive label reel depends on the material (paper, PP, PET), the dimensions of each label, the number of labels per reel, the type of printing and the order volume. Transparent adhesive labels in reel or synthetic materials have a higher cost than standard paper, but offer technical performance that many sectors require.
