Vinyl (calendered or cast PVC) is a flexible, waterproof material resistant to UV rays, making vinyl adhesive labels the standard choice for outdoor applications with a service life of 3 to 7 years without discolouration. The vinyl adhesive label conforms to curved, irregular and textured surfaces better than rigid substrates, thanks to its conformability.
Vinyl adhesive labels are printed in digital four-colour process (eco-solvent, latex or UV) and can be laminated with transparent matt or gloss film to increase scratch and chemical resistance.
