Deep-Drawn Aluminium Logos
Deep-drawn aluminium logos are manufactured by deep stamping of the metal, creating three-dimensional pieces with a unique finish that reinforces brand presence with maximum visual impact.
- Technique: mechanical deep drawing with custom die
- Material: aluminium in various alloys and thicknesses
- Finishes: anodised, lacquered, bright, matte, coloured
- Applications: automotive, appliances, premium furniture
Additional information
- Requires medium-to-high volumes due to tooling investment
- Complex three-dimensional shapes with radii and curves
- Compatible with screen printing, pad printing or laser engraving
- High dimensional repeatability in large production runs

Deep-drawn aluminium logos for large production runs
Deep-drawn aluminium is a forming technique that enables the manufacture of three-dimensional metal logos by controlled deformation of an aluminium sheet inside a custom die. The result is pieces with volume, curves and reliefs that cannot be achieved with flat cutting techniques.
Deep drawing requires the manufacture of specific tooling for each design, implying an initial investment that is amortised over medium and high-volume production runs. In return, excellent dimensional repeatability and competitive unit cost in large series are achieved.
Applications of deep-drawn aluminium
Deep-drawn emblems are common in automotive (body and steering wheel badges), appliances (door medallions and control panels) and premium furniture. They are also used in industrial equipment where a logo with physical presence and mechanical resistance superior to a flat label is required.
Subsequent finishes include colour anodising, lacquering, bright or matte polishing, and combinations with screen printing to add corporate colours to the metal relief.
