Metal engraving for industrial logos

Metal engraving is one of the most durable techniques for corporate identification. Unlike surface printing, relief engraving physically modifies the material, creating a permanent mark that resists mechanical wear, cleaning products and prolonged outdoor exposure.

At Alumigraf we work with chemical engraving (photo-etching) for fine details and large runs, laser engraving for short series and prototypes, and mechanical stamping for pieces with pronounced volume. Low relief recesses the design into the metal surface; high relief raises it, generating natural shadows and an immediate tactile presence.

Applications of stainless steel and aluminium engraving

Stainless steel engraving is the preferred option for demanding industrial environments: engraved identification plates for machinery, control panels, medical equipment and outdoor furniture. Aluminium engraving is used in sectors requiring lightness without sacrificing durability, such as consumer electronics and automotive.

Both materials accept subsequent inking in the engraved areas to improve legibility, as well as additional protective finishes such as anodising, chrome or clear lacquering.

At Alumigraf we manufacture custom relief-engraved logos on any metal. Request a quote with no obligation.
