Aluminium ceiling panels: systems and formats
Aluminium ceiling panels are integrated into accessible (removable) or fixed suspended ceiling systems, concealing electrical installations, air conditioning ducts and data cabling. They are manufactured in tray formats (600x600 mm, 300x1200 mm) or in linear strips of different widths, allowing uniform, modular or combined designs.
Aluminium ceiling sheets weigh approximately 2-4 kg/m², much less than plasterboard or stucco panels, which reduces the load on the supporting structure and simplifies installation. Their resistance to moisture makes them suitable for commercial kitchens, swimming pools, laboratories and wet areas where other materials degrade.
Aluminium profiles for removable ceilings
Aluminium profiles for demountable ceilings form the supporting structure (T-profile grid) on which the trays or strips rest. These profiles are manufactured in white or chrome lacquered aluminium and allow easy access to the plenum for installation maintenance. The removable system is standard in offices, shopping centres, hospitals and public buildings.
