Materials and techniques for corporate plates
The choice of material depends on the final use environment. For indoor products such as appliances and furniture, anodised aluminium offers an elegant finish with excellent wear resistance. In outdoor applications or aggressive environments, stainless steel provides corrosion resistance without maintenance requirements. For series requiring relief and volume, zamak casting or electroforming allow three-dimensional logos to be reproduced with exceptional detail.
Each printing technique has its advantages: screen printing offers vibrant, opaque colours; digital printing allows gradients and photographic images; and chemical photo-etching creates permanent marks that cannot be removed even by mechanical abrasion.
