In industrial environments, plates are exposed to vibrations, chemical products, extreme temperatures and solvent cleaning. Standards and applications of safety plates

Workplace safety signage is governed by standard UNE-EN ISO 7010 and Royal Decree 485/1997 in Spain. Each colour, shape and pictogram has a standardised meaning: red for prohibition and fire-fighting equipment, yellow for warning, blue for obligation, and green for evacuation and first aid. Alumigraf manufactures plates that strictly comply with these specifications, including ATEX signage for zones with explosion risk.

The most common applications include production facilities, logistics warehouses, laboratories, energy installations and construction sites. In each case, the material and printing technique are selected based on exposure: photoluminescent for evacuation routes, stainless steel for corrosive environments, and anodised aluminium as the universal solution with maximum quality-to-durability ratio.
