Custom engraved plates are manufactured from a design provided by the client or created from scratch. The process begins with the choice of metal (aluminium, stainless steel, brass or bronze), thickness and surface finish. The engraving technique — laser, chemical or mechanical — is then applied according to the required depth, resolution and wear resistance.
Engraving metal plates produces permanent marks that cannot be removed by friction, cleaning or outdoor exposure. It is the preferred technique when the plate must remain legible for years in demanding environments.

When the design requires vivid colours or photographic reproduction, screen-printed or UV-printed plates are the alternative to engraving. A custom metal plate with direct digital printing reproduces full CMYK colour on the metal surface, ideal for multicolour logos, photographs or complex graphic designs. Both techniques — engraving and printing — can be combined in the same piece for maximum visual impact with maximum resistance.
